BJJ, Judo, MMA, and kickboxing all train under one roof here, with a coaching staff that includes a BJJ black belt, a certified USA Judo instructor, and an IBJJF World Champion.

From Dubach, the drive south on US-167 drops you right near our academy on South Vienna St. Adults can train gi and no-gi BJJ throughout the week, with a dedicated Adult Beginner BJJ class on Monday at 5:45 PM for anyone starting from zero. Judo runs Tuesday evenings, and kickboxing runs Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Kids ages 4-15 have age-split classes — Little Kids (4-7) and Big Kids (8-15) — plus a homeschool gi class and a kids competition class. Our women's-only program is taught by female instructors, including a 2022 IBJJF Masters 1 World Champion.
